Delete account

Here you can permanently delete your "Aiways Community" app account and the associated data. To do so, sign in with your app credentials.

What gets deleted

Your user account (username, email, password hash).
Your vehicle-related key and your API/bridge keys.
Vehicles that only you currently own — including their telemetry (location/GPS, state of charge, history, sweeps).

A vehicle you share with another person (a second active owner) is retained — you are only removed as an owner. The deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible.

For security reasons, admin accounts cannot be deleted here. If you get stuck, write to aiways@it-perspective.de.
